This patient came to see us unhappy with the appearance and fit of their existing partial upper acrylic denture. Their wish list was to have a denture that was thinner and not so bulky plus with an appearance that looked more natural where no one would know that they had a denture. We decided to make a delicate metal framework that not only covered less tissue but the design was far healthier to the existing teeth. We also managed to improve the appearance and the patient was extremely happy with the finished results. 

It’s our aim to always improve both the fit and the appearance of the dentures. In this case the old dentures were very loose and very worn. We also incorporated some mesh into the design for the easy addition of any teeth lost in the future. 

 This patient didn’t like the appearance of her teeth or the denture. Unfortunately, she needed some extractions but that enabled us to get her mouth into a healthier position and improve the appearance.
